Platelet activation releases growth factors, but release alone does not increase their concentration. ExoCube combines activation, filtration, and concentration to maximize the final deliverable biological payload. Independent laboratory evaluation demonstrated approximately 3× enrichment of key growth factors together with 5.8× enrichment of alpha-2-macroglobulin (A2M).

Following ExoCube™ concentration, 11 biomarkers were evaluated using ELISA assays.
