The Science of PRPC
More Than Platelets. Defined Plasma Concentration
Platelet Rich Plasma Concentrate (PRPC)
Platelet Rich Plasma Concentrate (PRPC) is a plasma-derived preparation obtained from a patient's own blood. It contains concentrated platelets together with platelet-associated plasma constituents naturally present in circulation. Unlike conventional PRP approaches that primarily focus on platelet count, PRC represents a broader concentration of platelet-derived plasma components.
PRPC Contains
- Platelet
- Plasma protein fractions

FAQ
Is ExoCube™ an autologous system?
Yes. ExoCube™ processes only a patient’s own blood. The final Platelet Rich Plasma Concentrate (PRPC) is derived exclusively from autologous plasma without the addition of exogenous biologics or chemical agents.
What does the ExoCube™ Single Device do?
ExoCube™ is designed to prepare Platelet Rich Plasma Concentrate (PRPC) through a closed, mechanical process. The system concentrates platelets and platelet-associated plasma constituents naturally present in autologous blood.
How is ExoCube™ different from standard PRP devices?
Standard PRP systems primarily focus on platelet enrichment. ExoCube™ is engineered to mechanically process and concentrate platelet-associated plasma components within a controlled workflow. Performance values reflect device characterization data only and do not imply clinical outcomes.
Is ExoCube™ reusable?
No. ExoCube™ is a sterile, single-use medical device intended for one patient and one preparation only. Reuse is not permitted.
How long does the preparation process take?
The ExoCube™ preparation workflow typically takes approximately 15 minutes, supporting efficient integration into physician-directed clinical environments.
Can any centrifuge be used during plasma separation?
ExoCube™ centrifuge containers are designed to be compatible with standard centrifuges that accommodate Centrifuge Containers. Any centrifuge capable of safely operating within the required RPM/RCF parameters and compatible with the provided containers may be used, in accordance with the Instructions for Use (IFU) and applicable clinical standards. The user is responsible for ensuring that the centrifuge settings meet the specified protocol requirements.
What is PRPC?
Platelet Rich Plasma Concentrate (PRPC) is a plasma-derived preparation obtained from a patient’s own blood. It contains concentrated platelets and platelet-associated plasma constituents naturally present in circulation.
What is the preparation sequence?
The workflow includes:
1. Blood collection
2. Centrifugation to separate plasma fractions
3. Mechanical activation
4. Filtration
5. Closed-loop concentration
This structured process is designed to support preparation consistency.
Who is ExoCube™ intended for?
ExoCube™ products are intended exclusively for use by licensed healthcare professionals in regulated clinical environments. Refer to the Instructions for Use for complete indications, contraindications, warnings, and precautions.
