ExoCube® products are shipped directly from our authorized fulfillment centers to licensed clinics, healthcare professionals, and authorized distributors.
Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within up to 8 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next available business day.
Once your order has shipped, a tracking number will be provided via email.
Shipping Methods
Shipping carriers may include reputable logistics providers such as FedEx, UPS, DHL, or equivalent carriers depending on the destination and service level selected.
Estimated delivery times vary by location:
- United States: 2–8 business days
- International shipments: 5–14 business days
Delivery times may vary due to customs clearance, regulatory checks, or shipping carrier delays.
International Shipping
For international orders:
- Customers are responsible for customs duties, import taxes, and regulatory compliance in their respective countries.
- ExoCube is not responsible for delays caused by customs inspections or import regulations.
Shipping Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. ExoCube cannot be held responsible for delivery issues resulting from incorrect addresses provided at checkout.
Damaged Shipments
If your shipment arrives damaged:
- Photograph the shipping container and damaged products.
- Contact ExoCube customer support within 1 business day of delivery.
Failure to report shipping damage within this timeframe may limit eligibility for replacement.
